To achieve this ambition, we have developed a unique opportunity to work with us to work on you. We have 3 key principles to accomplish this:
Members are required to complete a profile and provide identification and proof of address. We do this to ensure safeguarding standards of our members is robust and that all attendees are known to us. Please review our code of conduct.
This profile is mandatory and required to help us help you, it is the basis of what classes and networks we will create to support you and your wellbeing journey, whatever that look likes. Ensure you maintain and update this when necessary.
We charge a nominal membership fee; this fee is a Membership fee and not an access fee or pass. Only members may access our entire website and use our facilities, depending on how they book access the prices vary.
Our cheapest membership plan is our annual membership, this is £100 pa which equates to £8.33 per calendar month, our most expensive is £20 per calendar month or £240 pa.
Projected Costs
For reference If a member were to purchase an annual membership and used the facilities open access slots once a month, the total price would be £160 or £13.33 pcm. A member who trained 3 times a week for the entire calendar year would pay £807.50 or £67 pcm. Unlike other gyms our pricing and plans offer truly cost-effective pay-as-you-go utility.
We believe that static regimes and objectives limit you, so will not allow it. Working on you means just that, we work on developing you as well as facilitating you. We make novices beginners, and beginners intermediate. By segmenting you we ensure your efforts are always inline with your abilities. Our mutual objective is to improve you, maintaining strength when aging is improvement. Your body is trying to lose strength, if you resist this you are improving that what would have been. This begins at age 30 for reference!
As such we offer training levels as a guidance for members and trainers, trainers will ensure you are training at your correct level. This is essential for all, it ensures safety for our trainers and members and progress for you, if progress requires a step back, so be it. We will get you 2 steps forward in no time, trust us and the process.
Private hire, hire our facilities studio, fitness suite or both together, do as you please, within the constraints of our intended provision of course. Book the facility, we will need 6 weeks’ notice, all attendees must be members to access our facilities at all times. Simply review our calendar and book your chosen slot and make payment.
Open Access, we ensure that provision is always made for open access where members may use the facilities when suitable to them. Our calendar for open access is confirmed 28 days in advance so members can book their chosen slots for month ahead. Open access attendance numbers will be limited to mitigate against overcrowding and thus anything but serenity. Adequate provision will always be optimised for all our members and use cases.
Serenity and Strength Classes or Programmes, our calendar offers a timetable of all classes and programmes available to our members, some are our classes others are run by our approved trainers that are authorised to use our facilities and invite our members to attend their offerings as well as bring their clients to attend also.
Studio Access, boxing, HIIT, LIIT, yoga, combat training, our studio has space for a group to work up a sweat or declutter their minds. We will be offering slots where this studio operates as a creche for mothers that would like to work out but can’t because mum isn’t allowed out of sight of the little one! Let us know if this would be of interest.
The easiest way to book is via our calendar system, it is segmented into the differing access types, members can review the specific access type they are interested in and review the available options, simply click, and book. Alternatively combine calendars and review all available options for multiple access types in a combined calendar, again simply click and book.
The nature of our strategy means the traditional approach no longer aligns perfectly with our business model, so we not only have we innovated gym membership pricing and access types, but we have also innovated our IT support to optimise this model.
Wellbeing is an extremely social environment, a collection of people working toward bettering themselves is the type of environment people strive to be in and most overlook that is what a facility such as ours provides. We have not.
It’s a network, a community of like-minded individuals all on their own personal journey toward success and happiness. They are motivated, but not always, they are hard on themselves, and despite how far they have come they still want more. They are winners and if you network and create a network of winners who you work with, socialise with and train with what do you think you will become?
Our platform creates networks for this intention, the facility to train, network and meet winners and a strategy where this would be beneficial. Want to train at 6 on Wednesday morning but don’t want to pay for a private hour on your own? Create a group and advertise your idea to all our members, build a network and split the costs?
Invite members, accept friend requests, message them, build your profile so others can see you, your level, and objectives so you ensure cohesion. Review others and ask for reviews so others are comfortable and open to opportunities, review and rate our trainers. Do this all without having to leave our website or give personal details, we have ensured a transparent network. This offers members visibility, opportunity to network and split costs, and all to understand that our code of conduct and levels of respect for all members are maintained.
