The traditional approach, review our calendar for Open Access and pay as you go from as little as £3.50 per hour. To ensure you have serenity for strength we limit the number of members per slot.

Members can use our IT to create a group. Specify the objective and demographic your building, invite, join, message; list it or keep it private, the choice is yours, we simply provide the platform for you to use as you see fit.

An integral part of our model: Our members must be and feel safe, if we are going to bring you together, we are going to police behaviour to enhance all our members experiences. All members must consent to and make themselves fully aware of our Code of Conduct & Review guidelines. This system gives members peace of mind when meeting new members, and a platform to inform us, and other members, of any unacceptable behaviour.

If you know how to interact with AI, speak to him directly and he’ll guide you through a bespoke programme that considers numerous parameters including any health concerns you may have.
